I am looking for a new place to take my son for photos. I do not want to have to pay and arm a leg for photos...I like the package deal. I was not pleased with Sears the last time I went. Wal-Mart is okay, but sometimes their photos aren't the best. Anyone have a good place to recommend that might fall within the Wal-Mart/Target/Sears price list?
I've heard great things about portraitinnovations.com. Several of my mommy friends use them. There is a location in the area. They take lots of pics/poses and they are inexpensive.

I have had great luck with Target. Even though they damaged the film of the first set, the second ones were better and I got a ton of free sheets. Total was about $40 for 14 sheets.
I have used Target before for my son's 3, 6, and 9 month pictures. I thought they did a fine job for the price. There were some things I didn't like, but I figure you get what you pay for. For his first year pics, I wanted something nicer and more professional, so I used Studio One to One. But they are very expensive.
I do want to warn against The Picture People in Stonebriar Mall. I used them once for my son and the quality was horrible. I ended up not buying anything because I was so disappointed.

JC Penney in Collin Creek mall does an excellent job and they run really good specials on their packages!
Kiddie Kandids is the Best!!! They are inside Babies R Us stores and always take THE BEST pictures of mine! They are very reasonable!
JCPenney's takes nice pictures and you can get coupons in Parents magazine or American Baby (sign upfor free online) for packages of 8.99 or better.
I tried Target, Studio One (super pricey) and then JC Penny, and hated all of them until I used Penny's. They were fast, great with my twins, and the price was totally comparable to Target. We got great pics of both babies in about 10 minutes.
