I can hardly say this without getting a knot in my throat but....
My Nick will be entering his senior year! I am so excited for him and I wanted to reach out and see if any of yall know or have used a great photographer for his senior photos? I would rather not do the studio type pictures, I would love for them to be outdoors but with the hellish heat here, I don't know if that is the best idea?? I live in the Arlington. Mansfield Tx area and if it did not cost a fortune...I would not be mad! this is the first time for me and I really do not even know where to start! Help!!

I am not sure if he would be open to your area. He does a lot of sports photography, weddings and he did my daughter's senior pictures and 2 prom even pictures.
Kristin Manson did our family photos last year on location. She is very affordable and she got amazing results from my then 20 month old.
I'd post this on FB and I bet you'd get a bunch of responses from your friends. They've all had photo's made and will know if someone is good or not so great.
Have you tried taking your own pictures. So much of a good photo is the background. I have taken my daughter to country clubs, lakes and even a beautifully landscaped restaurant near my house and I really don't think anyone would know the photos weren't done professionally.
i know a few good ones here in the MD/DC area. doubt it will help you much. this question would be better answered if you targeted your local crowd.
