B.S.
Thanks for posting this, I'm curious, too.. I did a free session this summer, and I really liked it, the trainer was awesome, but their rates... YIKES..
But I could really see that it would be a good thing for me b/c I tend to push myself over the limit, get injured & discouraged, then quit entirely. I just wish they'd cut down their rates a bit and then maybe I could supplement by jogging or doing free weights on my own a couple of times a week. Or even if they'd have a more reasonable rate for a 3-month trial or something. It's such a huge financial commitment for us at this point, I just can't do it yet.
I did ask specifically about what the policy is about your membership if you get pregnant, and the trainer told me a lot of pregnant women work out there on a modified plan through most of their pregnancy, but if there is any problem, they'll suspend your membership at no cost to you until you can get back to working out on a regular basis.
