Try baby oil. It's not as drying as the nail polish remover, but it may take longer to get it off the skin. Aren't kids fun? LOL! Good luck!
Help!! How do you get permanent marker off of skin??

Baby wipes actually work pretty great. Might have a slight mark still on the skin but it has worked for my son many times!
It is TERRIBLE for you, but hairspray will do it, I think.
OH girl!! It will be okay. I have one that marks on himself allllllll the time. He has now moved to the walls as well which is even more frustrating. I just let him soak in the bath for a long time and then scrub with soap and a wash rag. It doesn't get it completely off but by the next bath its usually completely gone. Just breath!!! It will get better.
Hm. I'd try Citra-solve (Lowe's, Home Depot; probably Wal-Mart and any health foods/natural store) and a little baking soda for scrub.
Good luck!

Haha kayden got hold of a marker!!! It'll wear off why are u even worried? Hes a boy. Turn it into a tattoo to cover it. LOL
Finger nail polish remover does work, I know personally.
I have heard lemon juice is another way but have not tried it.
You can try rubbing moisturizer or cold cream. never put water or soap right away or else it will take days.
It will eventually wear off, but if your kid colored on his face with sharpie and you don't want to let hime walk around looking like that for a week . . . . you can try "gum out" it is for removing sticky residue from adhesives, etc... be very careful around eyes etc.. and rinse with water when done.
Shampoo works great on getting marker out. Rubbing alcohol gets it out if your an adult. I wouldnt use it on a child. I know I have used shampoo before. I hope this works.

Fingernail polish remover. NOT the acetone free kind.
K has covered herself and her little brother several times with Sharpie. It always comes off in the bathtub. I use the soap on a wash rag or puff and rub a bit brisker but not too hard. It may have a faint shadow but it always comes off and then is completely gone the next bath.
We get Sharpie off the walls, tv screens, the front door, etc...with a magic eraser or a SOS pad.
