Also if I dont and it just came early, is it safe doing stuff on the days where I will be on the inactive pills?

I would stay that what you had was breakthrough bleeding, and you should still have your regular period while on your inactive pills. Are you one a 3 level pill? I used to have breakthrough bleeding on the last (lowest) level when I was a a 3 level pill, switching to a one strength pill made it stop. Talk to your doctor about your options.

I would talk with your doctor again. "Strong" pills these days are still much much lower dose than the ones our mothers used to take. Doctors are hesitant to up the dose much, but if you are bleeding outside of your period time, the pills might not be as effective for you as you want them to be. I would keep track of the details and share them with your doctor.

You can have sex on the inactive days.. the meds are still in your system and you shouldn't get pregnant (that's what I was told anyway..) if you wanted to J. skip the period J. skip the inactive week.. it was definitely nice only having a period every 3-4 months.

When I was on the pill I only ever had breakthrough bleeding like that when I didn't take the pill like clockwork. Did you perhaps miss a day or miss it by a couple of hours?
If not, then this is something to talk to the doc about. Nobody wants to deal with bleeding twice a month.
Good luck to you!

I feel your pain but I have been on the Seanique for 6mths now and the first round I had 3wks of light to heavy bleeding. the doc said it was normal and that it is my bodies way of adjusting to the hormones. The 2nd pac i have had 6 wks of light bleeding I have now stopped it cause it is also causeing High blood Pressure for M. as well.
Good luck I liked the idea J. didn't work for M..
