Peeing CONSTANTLY! 7 Months Pregnant!

OMG! This is getting ridiculous! I have had issues with being kept awake at night due to having to get up and pee several times, but suddenly now that I've hit my third trimester, it has gotten way worse! The past couple nights, I have been up pretty much every hour, sometimes more than once an hour to pee. Is there anything I can do? I cannot function like this. I am a walking zombie throughout the day and it's making getting up for work nearly impossible.

What can I do next?

Yep.
I'd sleep a few hours then have to pee again 2 or 3 times a night.
Pee till you're empty then shift your belly from side to side and then pee some more - child can sit on your bladder so you might not be able to tell when you've emptied it all.
Keep drinking plenty of water.
Cat nap as much as you can.
Use freezer meals so you don't have to cook (or have Hubby bring home take out) and nap to catch up on your sleep deficit as best you can.
Be sure to mention this to your doctor soon as you can.
It's probably normal but you want to make sure it's not a sign of gestational diabetes.
As much as I loved being pregnant - one of the big reliefs of giving birth was having my kidneys and bladder to myself again.
Hang in there!

Its "practice" for when your baby is born.

I'm 17 weeks pregnant with my 3rd and I'm pretty much in the same boat. This baby started rearranging real estate almost immediately, even at my 8 week ultrasound you could see my bladder shoved up into a corner. I have a one sneeze limit, coughing is a dangerous feat and as soon as I lay down in bed I have to pee. Sometimes I feel like I have to pee again by the time I finish washing my hands. What I'm saying is, it's perfectly normal. Try to sit a little longer when you go pee, give one more push as you stand up and shift position to try to get as much out as you can. Hang in there, Mama!

During pregnancy you never actually completely empty your bladder. It's always 1/3 full of urine. Nice, huh?

You're still supposed to try to get in a gallon of liquids in a 24 hour period, but don't do it before you go to bed unless you're dehydrated. Still, at 7 months peeing a lot is so normal that it's a joke in sitcoms and movies.

If it feels like it's too often, ask your doctor to check for a bladder infection and/or UTI. They're more likely during pregnancy.

I'm 31 weeks. I've started using the downstairs toilet before going up the stairs! If I don't, I have to go as soon as I get upstairs. Its getting bad. We went to the zoo the other night for a Festival of Lights and I literally had to keep using the toilet --4x in 1.5 hours!

Yes, I was only waking once a night, but now it's more like two. Our bodies are preparing us to take care of a newborn.

This actually sounds quite normal to me. I pee a lot even when I am not pregnant. It was horrible during both my pregnancies. You can talk to your OB, but I suspect that there isn't much that can be done...sorry.
