I'm looking for a good (highly recommended) pediatrician in the Cedar Hill, Grand Prairie, or Arlington area. My first baby is due in October.
We go to Dr. Matthew Meyer in South Arlington. He is WONDERFUL! The office is very friendly and colorful. Even the exam rooms are cheery. He works at South Arlington Pediatrics 811 West I-20, Suite 214 Arlington. The number is ###-###-####. Hands down...Dr. Melvin Joki ###-###-#### He came in to visit my daughter to do her well baby in the hospital, he was covering for our regular pediatritian. We switched over from that day. He is awesome with kiddos.
We love our pediatrician, Dr. Samuel Sheng. He is affiliated with Cooks Children's. His office is in Grand Prairie at the corner of Great Southwest Pkwy and I-20. We have used him for 4 years, since my daughter was born.
I highly recommend Dr. Mark Towns. He's in practice at Pediatrics Southwest with Drs. Hunke and Deacon. They're located at 2828 Duke of Gloucester, which is near Charlton Methodist (off Wheatland and Hwy. 67) ###-###-####. They even have Sat. a.m. appts. I have always been able to have my two children, now ages 3 and 6, seen the same day for sick appts. He has privileges at Children's Medical Center, which was important to me if my kids ever have to be hospitalized.

Wow, I was reading your responses, and its really nice to know that there are that many people that really like their doctors. You can add this family to the list of satisfied customers. We LOVE our doctor and he is only taking newborns for new patients from now on, so you are in luck. His name is Dr. Louis Hunke of Pediatrics Southwest close to Charlton Methodist Hospital. Their number is ###-###-####. My only son was born in July of last year. He has been such a calming influence in such a time of worry and stress. He is wonderful, thourough and very obviously LOVES what he does and that, I think, is the best part about him. Hope this helps.

Hi, my kids go to Dr. Sampson at Mansfield Pediatrics. She's great, and there's only one other doctor in the practice, which I like, because it doesn't seem as if you're gonna get lost in the shuffle. The office is located on S. Cooper, about 1/4 mile north of Hwy. 287. If you're southbound on Cooper, it's on the left. I can get you their exact address if you're interested. Just let me know. :0)
