Pediatrician, Dentist, & Eye Doctor referral-St. Charles Area

Hi Kris - I use Dr. Gina Song at Tender Loving Care pediatrics in St. Charles - my daughter is 20 months old. Dr. Song is absolutely wonderful and I highly recommend her. She is right off of RT38 and Randall Road. As for a gynecologist, I have a great OB/GYN. Her name is Dr. Lynn Fesenmeyer, and she works out of Delnor Hospital and she is part of the Dupage Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is fabulous as a doctor and has a great bedside manner...I only wish she had been there to deliver my baby. Good luck!

I second the recommendation of Dr. Chris (Rejdukowski) and Dr. Jenny (Tan) with Dupage Medical Group in St. Charles. Dr. Chris has been our Pediatrician for the past 7 years, and I love her! We are doing a delayed/selective vaccination schedule with our daughter, and Dr. Chris has been very supportive. She is willing to listen to a parents point of view, while offering helpful advice. She is wonderful with the kids, and is very friendly. I have never had a problem with scheduling an appointment, and the rest of the staff in the office are great. I have also seen Dr. Tan on occasion, and was also impressed with her. Hope this helps :)

Pediatrician: Dr. Darryl Link - St. Charles Family Practice: ###-###-#### . He is a family practice doctor who specializes in pediatrics. He has been such a great doctor to my daughter that my husband and I are now seeing him, too.

OB/GYN: Dr. Jeffrey Postlewaite - Focus on Women: ###-###-####. LOVE HIM and cannot say enough good things about him and his nurses. He is a wonderful doctor and a very caring man as well. He was rated the best doctor at Delnor in 2004(?). I've been seeing him for 8 years now and he also delivered my daughter.

Dentist: Drs. Lynn and Ed Lipskis (St. Charles Family Dentistry): ###-###-####. Dr. Ed took care of me recently when I had my braces on and he is great because he explains everything that he is doing and what his ultimate goal was for my teeth. Extremely thorough. My husband saw Dr. Lynn for some dental work. They are both awesome doctors and the women who work there are WONDERFUL. Only downfall is that they don't take insurance, but our insurance did cover some of the work that my husband had, but not as much as if we would've had he gone to another dentist in-network. Unfortunately, we are not going to them anymore because of that, but they truly are awesome, especially, if your kids ever need braces down the line. Their office is very state of the art as well.

Optometrist: Hands down - Dr. Mark Kramer (Tyler Ridge Vision): ###-###-####. Great doctor and very thorough. Allowed both my husband and I to try several pairs of trial contacts before he found the ones that were right for us. Very nice man as well.

I grew up in St.Charles and currently live in North Aurora. I go to Dukane OB/GYN on Dean Street in StC. They have one female Dr and I think 3 male Dr.s They are very nice. Also, my dentist is great! Dr. Overdorf in Stc has been my dentist for as long as I can remeber. He doesn't find all sorts of problems with your teeth just so he can make money off you. :) My pediatrician is also Dr. Miller in Stc. I went to him as a kid and now I take my daughter to him.! The also use Fox Valley Women and Childrens Health Practice, for OB I go to Dr. Mills, she is awesome, she has helped me so much and is just has a great bedside manner. Dr. Wang is also apart of that group and she is just a good. For peditrician I use Dr. Regnier, he is also really good, but busy. He does have other peditricians in the group that are also very good. Our kids are 19 and 13 and we use Dr. Walter Miller in St. Charles. He is an old guy, but good. Not a fancy office or anything. We have been using him for 13 years. Also, for a dentist, we use Dr. Overdorf in St. Charles. both are on the east side, just a couple blocks from each other. OBGYN, I have used Dr. Rao in Geneva on Anderson Blvd. I have used her for over 20 years. hope that helps.

Dr. Fahey at Geneva Family Practice (at Delnor) is an awesome family doctor. He's my sons' pediatrician as well as my OB/GYN. He delivered both of my sons, and he was great. Also, Nedra Reeves, the CNMW at his office, does all of my annual exams and I love, love, love her. Good luck!

We live in Bartlett but I go to St. Charles for our family care doctor. We go to Central DuPage Physicians Group. There are 4 doctors there and I love all of them. When we brought home our preemie adopted son at 1 week old, I was unable to get into the peds office I wanted so just called my docs office from the airport and they got him in the next day. The doc was so great - knew and explained so much more than peds docs in state he was born in - we've just stayed with them ever since. Our doc's name is Elizabeth Heredia (I also use her for annual pap). There is another woman doc there (Dr. Bernas) and 2 male docs who are absolutely great (Dr. Kruse and Dr. Ward). We like Dr. Jeffry Sroka at the Dreyer Medical CLinic on Fabayan Pkwy (Batavia). He is our daughter's Ped.

I just wanted to say I would also recommend Dr. Chris (Rejdukowski) as mentioned earlier. I've been using her for 5 years now for both my dd's and she's been great. I had a hard time finding a good pediatrician.

Hey K.. As far as a gynecologist 4 u-I know an AWESOME group in St. Charles. I just had a baby with them in Feb. And I also worked 4 them 4 over a year. The docs are all female and they are all pretty young. The office is very modern and all the docs have awesome bed side manner. The name of the group is Fox Valley Women and Childrens Health Partners. They also have pediatricians within the same practice and the ped docs are fabulous too. My daughter was born over a mth early and they spent so much time helping us. The gyne docs I recommend are Dr.Harmon and Dr.Wang for peds Dr.Dovidio is great. We live in Geneva and go to Fox Valley Family Physicians. We see Dr. Zeddies. I have a 2 year old son and have been taking him there since he was born. Dr. Zeddies is a GP so my husband and I see him as well. The practice is good about getting kids in when their sick. I've seen most of the PA's and they're all great. For a GYN, this last fall I started seeing Dr. Carolyn Mills at Fox Valley Womens and Childrens. They have 2 offices but are moving to 1 office in St. Charles. She's awesome. Super easy to talk to and has been able to get me in when I've had an issue. Good luck!
