We went to Dr. Packwood the group used to be in Hurst but moved to Southlake recently. They also have an office Ft. Worth in the hospital district. And areassociated with Cook C
hildrens .
Our 3 year daughter might have some vision problems. We are wanting to find a pediatric eye doctor to take her too. Anyone have one that they really like?
TIA!
Thanks for the responses! We actually ended up calling each doctor to find out that none of them take our vision insurance. After much digging, we are considering a Doctor David Spivey. Anyone have any experience with him by chance?

I second Dr. Beauchamp. I saw the father, Dr George Beauchamp and he was wonderful with my three year old son. In fact, the entire office was great.

Dr. Packwood and Dr. Norman (they work in same office) are great and they have at least 2 offices...good luck!
Dr Cynthia Beauchamp in Grapevine. She unclogged my youngest son's tear duct. She was really good with him.
I highly recommend Dr. Packwood. He has an office in Fort Worth and in Southlake. My daughter has been seeing him since she was 2 years old. He takes the time to answer all your questions during your appointment. I have never felt rushed. My daughter had to have eye surgery last summer, and we have been so pleased with the results. AND he prayed with us before her surgery. Just an overall great doctor.
We saw Norman and did not like him. He was flippant and wanted to rush into surgery. We LOVE George Beauchamp in Grapevine. He is fantastic with kids (and their parents). He has now done 2 surgeries on our son, but we tried other things first. FYI many times you use medical insurance not vision. Depends on the issue, but even my medical ins covers part of my yearly eye exam. Good luck!
