Along with a previous post....I would recommend Dr. Levitt and Dr. Applebaum as well. My daugher sees Dr. Ware in that office.
Everyone has convinced me to take my two year old to the dentist. I would prefer to take him to a Pediatric Dentist. Does anyone know of a good one in the Clayton/Ladue area. It doesn't have to be in those cities that is just where I live and would like it somewhat close. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
Thanks for all of your responses. I got him into Sunset Hills Pediatric on Mon. I just figured that was my best bet on getting him in soon b/c there were so many Doctors. Thanks again.

I live in Richmond Heights (used to live in Chesterfield) and we go to Dr. Carolynn Wolff. Her office is in Chesterfield at the corner of Clarkson and Baxter. I can manage going there twice a year, especially now that the highway is open. Actually, I know several Clayton families who go there. She's our 3rd pediatric dentist after having not so great experiences with two others. She's great and the kids do just fine (as far as going to the dentist goes). We've had a couple of fillings in our family so they probably wouldn't LOVE any dentist, but I do like her and we plan on staying with her.
However, the usual procedure is that parents wait in the waiting room and the kids go in on their own. However, my 4 year old (he may have been 3 at the time) had a very hard time once and they did ask me to go back to console him. He did better at the next visit. Good luck in your search.
Hi R., My kids go to Pediatric Dentistry of Sunset Hills it is right off of 270 and 44 on Watson Road across from Bed, Bath and Beyon, Home Depot, etc. They are wonderful. I went there as a child and my kids love it! ###-###-#### is their number. Good luck!
Hi, R.,
Another good group is Drs. Levitt & Applebaum in Creve Coeur (they've added another dentist in recent yrs). www.smilekidz.com. I took my daughter there 12 yrs ago because she couldn't tolerate regular cleaning (or else my dentist couldn't tolerate her!) Anyway, it's been a long time ago, so I don't remember specifics but I remember it being a good experience!
