I would suggest Children's Mercy. Our son had 2 open heart surgeries and saw many specialists there (not allergy or GI, though). Can't say enough about the staff and hospital! Our youngest just got diagnosed with Celiac Disease and I wish were were still living in KC so we could go to CMH.
Dr. Derrick Ward at Kansas City Allergy & Asthma is great with kiddos. He did his residency at Children's Mercy. I don't know if he has the specialty in GI that you are needing.
