Palm Beach Pediatrics - Dr Kraft

I did not have such a good experience at Palm Beach Pediatrics. The actual doctor that I saw was very nice but the front desk staff were rude and very unprofessional. I have a few friends that do go to that office and are very happy. I prefer one pediatrician versus several different ones. My pediatrician is wonderful. My kids know and love him and he takes his time when dealing with his patients. His name is Dr. Soler. It just depends what is important to you. Hope this helps you.

Palm Beach Peds are great! I take my daughter there also.(usually the haverhill or royal palm office) they are all very nice.
I dont know if we have ever seen Dr. Kraft; but we have seen Dr. Wayne and Dr. Bell and the nurse practioner.
I love them over there and cant say enough nice things about them.
They always get you in the same day if you baby is sick and you can ask them questions and they dont rush you out the door.

I am not sure what questions you should ask now but when the baby comes they will be sure to answer any questions you have.

You should definately go there...you'll will like them.

My son is going to be 5 in Dec and we go to PB Ped. Dr. Kraft is very good. We see Dr. Aqua & she is amazing with my son. I personally do not like Dr Harmon but that is just my opinion. Dr. Aqua visited me/Devyn in the hospital hours after Devyn was born. Good luck with your search but I do believe you will be very happy with that practice.

My husband and I also met Dr. Kraft, upon the recommendation of a co-worker, before our daughter was born.
WE LOVE DR. KRAFT! He started the practice and has been a pediatrician for over 30 years. He's very calm, gentle and listens to you.
Dr. Bell visited us at Palms West and so did Dr. Kraft (not part of his usual rotation, though) before we were discharged.
My daughter had a bout with the croup and we went for a sick child visit. We saw Dr. Fox (a female) who has young boys of her own. She was wonderful, reassuring, especially of this tearful Mom!! We saw her again at DD's 1 year checkup -- again listens well, thorough, friendly.
I have not had a negative experience with this practice (we've only been to the Lantana location). They've even made follow up calls just to make sure everything is okay when I voiced a concern over a health issue with DD.
You can leave messages and a nurse will call you back with an answer or ask you to bring your child in.
The locations and hours are very flexible. I would highly recommend this practice.

I go to the Lantana office with my almost 2yo and my 2 week old and we always see one of the nurse practioners and love them, they know their stuff and are very available for questions and help, Ann Lewis just recently helped my youngest and I with properly latching on breastfeeding.

I was just there this morning seeing Dr. Kraft for my son's 18 month shots. I think he is great. I prefer to see him whenever possible. I have seen a few of the nurse practioners. I am not a fan of Anne Lewis. But the office is wonderful, great staff, nurses and doctors. I have seen a few other doctors with no problems. I even took my son last Christmas to see Dr. Kraft because he had a cold and they were opened.. They are a great choice and they have a few locations as well.

I love Palm Beach Pediatrics. Through the course of 4 1/2 years since I have had my son, they are all that I have known. I like that you are able to get an appt the same day for a sick child, plus they always have a nurse that will return your phone calls within a reasonable time for any questions that you have. Dr Kraft is a really nice guy too!

I can only share my experience with you about Palm Beach Pediatrics. They are a large office and tedn to see patients for about 15 minutes at a time. I set up an appointment prior to having my daughter to "interview pediatricians" I was there 15 minutes early. The girls behing the glass windows saw me walk in with my husband and quickly looked away since it was lunch time. I stood at the window for a minute or two then knocked. I put my name down and they said it would be a minute. I waited for 45 minutes!!! I knocked again and told them I was leaving. They didn't understand why and wanted to reschedule. I told them I couldn't imgine having a sick child with me!! I go to Palm Beach Chilren Associates. There are 2 doctors there, Dr. Wynne and Dr. Bland. They spen over an hour with me during the interview! Dr. Bland had previously worked at Palm Beach Pediatrics and mentioned that they were required to see 7-8 patients per hour!! At Palm Beach Childrens, they see 3-4 patients per hour.

My daughter is 8 mmonths old now. The have been great so far. I am really pleased with their services and their attention to all of my questions.
