One Word for Teachers

There is a local lady that takes pictures of things that look like letters and she makes really neat plaques with them. We have one with our last name on it, but I was thinking about doign them for my kids teachers this year. If you could only do one word for a teacher, what would it be?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

I thought about her name, but she isn't married - so if she gets married in the future will she still want to have it hanging around?

And GREAT ideas!! Thank you ladies!

Inspirational is a good word about teachers but the plaque would be more cool if it just read "Inspire"

But the name would be extremely cool. You could take pictures of kids laying down on green grass making the shape of the letters while the pictures are shot from above.

Depends...

Daughter's teacher - annoying or lazy

Son's teacher - wonderful, understanding, or insporation

Guess it depends on how much the teacher listens & how much they actually helped your children... guess you can tell with teacher I have been having issues with this year!

I think "Learn" would be a great word and she could display it in her classroom.

Other cool words would be "Inspire" and "Patience" - as some of the other posters have mentioned.

My first thought was "crazy" since you have to be a little nuts to stay in a room with 30 kids all day. : p But then I saw what you were really asking and that would work. So, how about "giving" ?

Why not just do their names?

"Mrs. Smith"

"Mr. Snuffy"

I think that would make a fantastic gift!

Is there something she repeats to her students regularly? My son's teacher is always telling them to "dare to dream", so I would have one made for her that says Dream.

I have to agree that her name would be cool. Mrs. Smith, because after all, that is who she is to them.
