D..
Don't worry about it. He will be fine. The ped can't do anything about anyway unless he gets sick anyway.

I had just woken up from a nap when the baby woke up from his nap hungry. I grabbed a new spoon from the box of spoons we have and washed it. I went and set it down on the table unfortunetly I didn't realize there was anther spoon there that had old dried baby food on it that my husband put there, so when I went to feed the baby I ended up using the wrong spoon. I realized I did this and freaked out. It wasn't very much, but it did come off. Do you think he will get food poisening? It was either Chicken and Rice,Squash or Apples and Mangos. The food was dried and hard and it was orangish, so it was most likely the first two. My son is six months should I call our pediatrican?

Should you call your doctor? Not unless he gets sick. Which is highly unlikely. Slim to none, unlikely.
Babies explore the world with their mouths. They're eating, licking, sliming, smooshing, gumming all KINDS of "EEEEEEeeeeeew! NASTY!" things we don't even see. (Licking carpet with the filth of the world on it, a dried up piece of meat from 4 years ago that was in a crack in the couch, dead bugs/slugs/and worse from window tracts. Poop. Dogfood. Compost. The list goes on.) It's actually part of how the immune system develops.
We try to keep them out of all the aieeeeeee!, or rather keep the aieeeeee! out of them... but we only have a limited degree of success (for the best, really, because they need to build their immune systems). A little bit of dried baby food? No problemo.
i'm sure he's fine. he probably eats way worse things all the time that you never see<G>.

No, it will be fine. Don't worry. Worse things than that end up in a baby's mouth.
Bacteria does not live in dried everyday sort of food. Baby will not get sick.
I think you'll be fine! Kids eat far worse than that without us looking & survive. DD once ate a dime and I was SO happy when I found it in her poop later that day. True story.
