I need some ideas for an office party Christmas gift. It needs to be gender neutral, because of the way they do the gift exchange. This group wouldn't appreciate booze and we have done the popcorn & movie rental baskets a few times...looking for something new. Our limit is $15. TIA!
I went to Ross the other day and they have a section when you walk in with different things that would be great for a gift exchange, if that doesn't work, you can't go wrong with a blanket =)
What about something kinda funny, like a Snuggie?? lol
Pier 1 has a bunch of Yankee Candles on Clearance for $4.50 and some desktop random items... maybe you could make a goodie bag.

Every office I've ever worked in has loved Starbucks. Have you thought about a Starbucks gift certificate? I know sometimes they have holiday gifts that include a sampler and a mug.
Amen to the Starbucks suggestion! The gift card is a great idea and they also have really nice travel mugs.
Also, a truffle assortment can be enjoyed by both men and women.
