E.,
Congratulations on your growing family!
The first time around, I started out with the nursing bras at BabiesRUs, seamless, no padding, with underwire. I also went to Special Addition and was fitted there, but honestly, I ended up wearing the cheapy BabiesRUs ones more, because at the time, I was more comfortable in underwires (Special Addition all but refused to sell me underwires - because they usually cause problems). Also, I liked the hooking mechanism on the BrU ones, better. There are some bras where you slide a piece into another, kind of like the buckles on your stroller. Other nursers have a hook where the cup meets the strap, then a hard plastic loop thing that hooks onto it. I prefer the later, because they're much easier to hook one-handed (you just kind of grab the loop thing, bring it up to the strap, and drag it down the strap, to get it to catch).
The second time around, the BabiesRUs bras weren't cutting it, so I went to the Hanes/Leggs/Bali outlet down in San Marcos, where they have a couple nursing bras, one with underwire, and one without. The one -with- the underwire actually gave me problems with plugged ducts, and just wasn't as comfortable as I thought it should be. I ended up getting the one without, and have been wearing them for two years, now. (They have the good hooking mechanism, too.)
Here's the link for it, if you can't make it down to the outlet. Just don't forget to buy a bigger cup size to accommodate your visit from the boob fairy. ;-)
