Hey all you mamas out there, this may be a weird question but i really don't know the answer. I downloaded a menstral calandar on my phone and one of the items on it says luneal phase and gives option of 5-20. Doea anyone know what that is or what it means? TIA

It's the days between ovulation and your next period. If you KNOW when you ovulate you can just count days from then until your period starts. If not, just enter 14 because that's average for most women.

Hope this helps,
T.

Is it luteal phase? If so that's the time between when you ovulate and start your next period. It's generally 12-14 days but everyone is different. A good resource is fertility friend.com
