I had the same trouble with both my girls. With Ashlyn, now 14 months, I started out slouching on the couch and putting her on my chest, since they like to look at mommy’s face anyway, then move on to the floor. Then after a week I would put her on the floor and I would get in front of her, while talking and making faces and so forth. Then the problem was trying to keep her from rolling and stay on her tummy. But it seemed to help if I was in front of her or had a toy so she'd reach for it. Little bit little she'd scoot then crawl. I thought she'd be scooting on her head and hack forever. I hoped I was able to help. Good Luck.
