She may sleep better if her diet is great- are you nursing her?, I hope, if so look at your diet.
If not check out WestonPrice for good food.

You don't mention if she is unhappy during this time or ok. I would say the first thing to look into is acid reflux. Every baby has reflux but some really have a horrible time. You may have to switch formula or whatever you are eating for breastfeeding. Take all cow's milk and soy out of the diet. Babies cannot digest the proteins in these products. The other thing I would try is giving her more sensory input like tummy time, squishing her between two pillows, rocking, holding her upside down, going in circles, adding epsom salts to her bath and having someone who is trained teach you how to do brushing and joint compresions on her throughout the day. This all calms the central nervous system and helps her to self regulate because she can't on her own. Newborns need as much sleep as possible for optimal brain growth. Babies deprived of sleep will be lacking later on unfortunately.
She is not getting enough sleep.
She needs to take naps during the day.
I believe that if she sleeps more during the day, she will sleep better at night.
Good luck.
She's only 2 months old, her days and nights are probably mixed up, my daughter did that for a while, took her til 4-6 months to get her on the right schedule...sleep when she does, and start working on getting her on day time schedule...will take time but she'll get there
Two month old babies shouldn't stay awake all day. At that age they should be taking 3-4 maps daily for about an hour or longer each. If she's not napping and not sleeping at night, it's probably that she's so overtired she can't settle to sleep. Try watching her for sleep cues or settling her down after feedings with some snuggles and then quiet time in her bounce chair or swing. I nap train all my infants in a chair or swing, to get them used to the idea of quiet time means sleepy time. Good luck!
