These are the things that I did when my son was young.
Check out the Fort Collins Mother's Center. They have a variety of activities for kids. Plus, they even have some activites for moms with childcare available. They are not affiliated with any religion although it is based out of a church. www.motherscenterfc.org If you are looking for something with religious ties you can check out MOPS groups. Maybe this could be a way for both of you to meet new friends. Check out The Recreator for other activities she may like to do and can meet children in there.

Hey! I just moved here in September and I found a group through our church called Women on Wednesdays. It has been really fun. For the summer we're doing different activities like a spa day and meeting in the park.
