New to Las Vegas

What part of the valley are you moving to? That really plays a factor on telling you about schools & doctors. If you're moving anywhere close to me, I'd love to keep in contact. I have a 5 month old boy too.

I agree with the last response. Can't give you much advice on anything unless you know where you are goning to be living because vegas is very big but beutiful. I was born a raised here and I have a 3.5 year old girl about to be 4 in march. I have a 2 year old son a well. We don't have many friends and my kids don't have friends either. but I can recommend a cheap apt complex. I pay $704/month 2 bdrm 2 bath w washer and dryer and its close to a hospital in a new still developing area. apt complex is clean and 3 years old. they have 3 bdrms for like $825.month or something like that. What part of California are you from? I moved here from California 2 1/2 years ago. What part of town are you moving to. I have six daughters and I have two that are in a daycare that I just love, but I may be changing the daycare because it is to far from my house and I have to pass up work to get them to daycare. It wouldn't be a problem for me if my car hadn't broke down a few months ago. So now we are on the bus. But any way let me be one of the first to say welcome to Las Vegas.
