Do you only want to hear from happy moms? Are struggling moms welcome to reply?
Hello, I am currently taking multiple classes in child development as I am on my way towards becoming an elementary school teacher. One of my classes is focused on prenatal to early childhood life. For this class I need to interview a new mom who has given birth to her first child, within the past 10 months. The next few months are extremely busy, as I am sure you new moms are as well, so I was hoping to be able to conduct the interview via e-mails. I would send you interview questions, then respond with any further questions. The questions include prenatal, labor and delivery, and also your overall experience post birth.
Thank you so much, I can't wait to hear from a happy mommy!
Of course I would love to hear from moms in any situation. Thank you

Who are you?
What class is this for?
I really don't think this is the venue for you.
Hello L. B. I am a new mom who has given birth in the last 5 months...but it's baby #3 for us. I'm sorry I won't be able to help you but I hope you find a lot of new moms out there who are willing. Good luck...sounds like a very interesting class!
Can you elaborate? I think you'd get better responses if you gave more specifics and details.
Hi L.,
I do not qualify--my youngest is 2. Anyways, since you're new to the board, you might get a better response if you gave us a little more information about yourself and your assignment. Some moms may be a bit hesitant that this is a scam because you have never posted before now.
Best of luck!!
You need to let them know who you are and why you are conducting this interview. And I am curious to know, why only happy mommies? With a newborn you can never guarantee what the mood will be on a given day for a new mom :)
