You need to see a pediatric neurologist. Ask your pediatrician for a referral or if you are part of the Texas Children's medical network, see if you can get an appointment with Dr. Zell.
My 10-year-old's pupils are always very large and she gets migranes regularly. So, I'm thinking a Nuerologist would be our first place to start to see if the two symptoms are related. Has anyone experienced this with their child? Does anyone know of a good Neurologist in the Spring/Tomball/Woodlands area? Thanks!

Dr Nancy Washburn who is in the Northwest Medical Center is really good. She has worked with me with my migraines for several years. She also helped my son out last year with Bells Palsey and he really liked her as well. I believe her clinic name is NW Nurology phone number ###-###-####. She also has a website: www.neuro-dr.com
Hi C.,
I was referred to a pediatric nuerologist in Tomball by the name of Dr. Singh. His wife is also a pediatrician next door to his office. I haven't made an appt to see him yet, but he came highly recommended. Good luck!

My 15 year old daughter has REALLY big pupils also (hardly any iris) and has headaches daily. Please let me know what you find out. She's never been very talkative and I just found out earlier this week about the daily headaches. We went to our family doctor first, he said make a trip to the dentist first - we did that yesterday and he fitted her with a night guard - something to stop the jaw clenching/teeth grinding. I'll let you know if that helps!!
