Yep, and my neck was out of alignment, and it was pinching nerves and bothering the muscles that run up my head. a few trips to the chiropractor and it was gone.
Hi Moms,
For the past month/month and a half or so, I have experienced tingling in my head (all sides). Somedays I feel it several times, other days I don't seem to notice it. I just did some research on the web and now feel very nervous based on what I read. I plan on calling the Dr. this coming week right away, but was just curious if any moms have experienced this as well and what their Dr.'s have said. When it first started happening, I went online and the first website I came across was reassuring, but after my Mom suggesting I get an MRI I got nervous and started researching again tonight. Now I am kicking myself for not calling the Dr. sooner.
Please let me know if you have also experienced this.
Thank you!

Hey L.C. - You're wise to check in with your doc, but in the meantime really try to chill out and don't spend time on the internet trying to self- diagnose. There is a lot of info that's not accurate and your symptoms could be a ton of things. All that can feed the fear factor and that' just the opposite of what you need to be doing. The stress will only make it worse on different levels.
Take care. Go do something fun and then get in to see your doc. Have a good weekend!!
When you see your doctor, let him/her know of all meds, vitamins, and herbs or teas you are taking. You can get tingles from too much caffein or sometimes vitamins are too strong and you will get that sensation.
Best of luck to you.
Could be TMJ or silent migraines. I deal with both of these and I get a tingling sensation with both.
Do you consume food/drink with aspartame? It is a neurotoxin and can cause that symptom (I had aspartame poisoning and had many weird MS type of symptoms until I stopped). I hope you feel better.
Becareful trying to self diagnose on the web. You can get a lot of inaccurate info that will scare you to death.
It could be anything from a pinched nerve, migraine aura, or it can be caused from teeth grinding and a million other causes.
Don't panic, go to the neurologist and I hope you feel better.

You have fabulous Drs in CT. I highly recommend you contacting a neurologist immediately. DOn't make yourself any more nervous then you have already made yourself, but do the right thing for you and your child. Take care of yourself. This is not a normal thing and I would take the suggestion of contacting a neurologist. There are fabulous neurologists over in New haven associated with the medical school.
best of luck and I hope it is a very very minor condition.

If you're taking any medication, it could just be a side effect.
