I have been looking for a collage frame with spaces to put 5 pictures in a row. Do you know where I might have luck finding one?
The places I have already tried: Target, Kohl's, Hobby Lobby, Michael's.

It's not five slots but 5 frames together, just an idea.
I don't know about exactly 5 spaces, but I recently saw a huge variety of large picture frame collages at JC Pennys. Good luck.
You should try Big Lots. They have a huge selection of frames, plus they have a lot of collage frames that sound exactly like what you are looking for.
Try Aaron Brother's Art & Framing. I know there is one located Preston and Park and another at Frankford and Midway.
Try Aaron Bros. They have tons of frames & mats!! There is one in Frisco in the Target shopping center just north of Stonebriar mall. I think it's next door to Best Buy.

garden ridge has a bunch to choose from. I just had to buy one myself.
