I was wondering what diet you are using, my weight is coming off so slowly, i am about to give up. nd about the exercises, the e-diets web site has some great ideas, and so does the sparkspeople website. Good luck.
Im losing weight at a great pace I consult with my dr. with everything I do. I would like to know is there an exercise where I can lose my belly or make it flat and make my behind more round and higher up? So basically I want a nice belly and a big full behind! Thanks everyone!

Hi Z., I'm a weight loss coach. There are NO exercises you can do to lose fat is a particular region. It doesn't work that way. Your fat will come off from where your body wants it to. The only way to lose your belly is to lose your excess fat through diet and exercise. Once you lose the fat, you can do all sorts of abdominal exercises to build the muscle underneath (crunches, etc.). For the behind, you can't spot lose the fat, but you can do various exercises to firm and build muscle in your tushy (the best ones are squats and lunges).

I still have to lost a few lbs but as I lose weight I can tell my belly is shrinking. I also to sit ups on the excersize ball.
Nice butts are formed from lots of lunges and squats. Lots of reps with light weights!! Of course ab exercises, but other exercises to consider would be pilates, core exercises and the food that you eat has a lot to do with your belly.
What diet program are you involved in? I love to exercise and know how, but since I have had kids I love to eat lots of junk...I can't stop. Let me know. Thanks!
I'm no expert, but I've heard that it's hard to target just your belly. I've also heard that if you have lost most of the fat around your belly and you need to tone up, doing overall toning exercises and ab work should tone it. If you still have lots of belly fat, it doesn't matter how many crunches you do because the muscles you are toning are still covered by fat.
Can't help with the rear end. Mine is big and full no matter how much I lose. I've been losing weight, too, and I've noticed that as I've lost weight, my boobs have gotten smaller and the sagginess from my 2 pregnancies is even more pronounced. I may get surgery one of these days because I know that there is no exercise that can help. In the meantime, I just wear as good of a bra as I can :-)
Good luck and congrats on your weight loss!!!
