Hello Ladies:

Does anyone know of an organic grocery store in Tamarac, Coral Springs, Sunrise area less expensive than Whole Foods?

What can I do next?

Tunies has lots of the same stuff WF has but at a much lower price. They don't have much in the produce but they have everything else. Greenwise is great competition, and the produce lasts much longer than WF.

I don't know of a store up your way but for your daughter check out my friend Michael's place in Davie called Yummy in My Tummy. It is totally organic baby/toddler foods and snacks. I have many of my clients going there and they LOVE it. He makes the food right there and it is amazing. He will let you sample. Tell him S. from Play N' Parent sent you!

Some Publixes have a bigger organic section than others. I think it depends on the demand in the area. The Publix on Flamingo and Sunrise has a pretty big section. I can get most things I usually buy organic from there. Other stuff I can get from the super Target at Sawgrass. Between the two, I usually find what I need. I only need to go to WF like once a month for specific stuff I can't find in either store.
