I'd love to get some ideas for some crafty things to do with my 2 year old. If all goes well with her we might use any ideas out there for Bible school this summer. Thanks in advance!!

I used to work in child care and there are some great websites to get ideas for crafts. Some of my favorites were childfun.com and makingfriends.com. For a 2 year old you may have to adjust some of the ideas but it isn't too hard. Good luck!

Glitter pens!!!!!!! Easy, not messy, and your child can go to town. They stick to construction paper and are so shiny. You can also decorate ornaments, most fabric, and t-shirts.

I am actually making something right now with my daughter which is 2 as well. She and I got some poster board and started to make a potty chart... stars included. Also we are making a color ID board. We havent started it yet , but we are going to get 2 poster boards and got to Home Depot and pick out some great colors( basics for now) We are going to get the disney color pallets as they are cuter:) and then we are going to write the name of the color under it, so that she can start learning colors. I would like to get her to pick a color each day and then try to find something to wear for that day in that color... or we can use it to play "seek that item" so that she can find a toy or something that is that particular color. Just a thought.. .not all that crafy but soemthing that will bring you two together to do more things:)
