My kids are always wanting to go somewhere!!! I can't wait till the weather stays nice. I have 3 kids at home during the day - twins that are two and a 4 year old. Do you know of any places or activities(preferably free or not pricey) We go to the library once a week for story time, but that's about it. We are in pleasant grove so anything in the area would be great.

What can I do next?

You should look in to a Thanksgiving Point memebership. A family membership costs $175, but it gets you into the Dinosaur Museum, Farm Country, the Children's Discovery Garden and the Garden. It's a really great deal. We use ours all the time to go to the Dinosuar museum. Both of my kids, ages 4 and 2, love it there. There's two sand play areas that will keep them busy for hours. In the warm months we especially love Farm Country. It's a nice place to go that's outside and really fun for the kids.

I don't know what you consider pricey but the Kangaroo zoo there in Pleasant Grove is fun and there is also farm country at Thanksgiving Point that is free for those under 3 and then it's just $3 or something for a child. My two year old (almost three) has a fun time feeding the chickens and goats and loves the pony rides. I've also heard of a place in South Jordan or Sandy that is called the Barn which is supposed to be like Kangaroo zoo and I think it's not as expensive. Hope it helps.

Bouncin Off The Walls - Sandy Ut

Bouncin off the walls is a great place to go! It's an indoor bouncing area that has a variety of bouncy toys and giant slides for the kiddos. Kids are $5 each -parents are free. They also have a Mom N' Me / Dad N' Me time on Wednesday Mornings where only kids 5 and under are allowed in (which makes it safer so they don't get squished!)
I brought my 18 month old and we had a blast.

Enjoy- A.

Hello A.!

Oh my goodnes girlie! You have your hands full! Hats off to you! I cant even imagine 2 yr old twins! I bet they are adorable! I have a 3 month old and a 5 yr old and I JUST CANT WAIT UNTIL IT GETS WARM enough to go outside!

My 5 year old loves going to Wheeler Farm! It is in Midvale so its not super close but I used to take my daughter there a couple times a month when I lived in springville for a picnic lunch and it was well worth it. IT IS FREE! It is a beautiful farm full of sidewalks, grass, a garden, pavillions with picnic tables, a little stream to play in, geese and ducks for your kids to feed and chase, bunnies in cages and wild, horses (sometimes pony rides for $1.00) cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, turkeys, wild cats, a pond, a playhouse or two, a huge fun tree to climb, and more gorgeous huge trees to look at! The list goes on. Every once in awhile there is hay rides on certain holidays and fun activities! Your kids will love it! Here is the site for directions and hours. http://www.wheelerfarm.com/

Have fun!

The Legacy Center in Lehi has a really fun indoor warm pool with awesome kid water stuff. The twins would be free and I know an adult is $5.

BYU has a lot of really great places on campus. The Bean museum is great for kids and just down the hill is a pond with ducks. Just to name a few things. Check it out, BYU has a lot to offer that is free!
