Need New Gynecologist

Hi ladies, I'm thinking it may be time to switch my gyno. I really like my guy, but his office is getting a little weird (long story, nothing exciting). Plus I feel like he missed a lump that I had to have checked. I'm pretty nervous, I've had him for 15 years. But I think I would feel more comfortable with a female at this point in my life.

I would love a female, located in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial, Lone Tree areas. I need someone who is really good at listening and not making me feel like my concerns are silly. And I prefer someone who errs on the side of caution. I hate hearing "it's probably nothing" or "you wouldn't have this problem at your age" or things like that. I like a conservative approach. And kind and gentle are nice as well. :-)

Who do you love, ladies. Thanks in advance for the help and telling me why you like this doc.

What can I do next?

I go to the Women's Health Care Associates near Littleton Hospital. I see Catrina Bubier and I LOVE her! She has just the right amount of caution and is an incredible listener. I actually don't live close by there anymore but I still make the drive to see her for my annual appointments because I love her so much. All of the doctors in that practice are incredible as are the nurses, I just have my own history with Dr. Bubier in particular! Good luck!

Comprehensive Women's Care of Highlands Ranch is great. I recently moved, and I am not looking forward to finding a new provider. All the staff there is genuinely concerned with the patient. The PA, Colleen, is awesome! ###-###-####

I love my doctors' office. There are several doctors and most are female. I have seen most of them and really like them all. They have two offices and one is in Lone Tree at SkyRidge. http://rmob-gyn.net/ Good luck!

I just saw the post below. I have been seeing Dr. Barikmo for my current pregnancy and she's been great. I also like the other doctors she listed below.

I live in the Littleton, CO area. I currently go to Rocky Mtn. Ob - out of Sky Ridge. I would recommend any of them, just not super fond of Dr. Barikmo.

Dr. Walsh is super thorough, I like Dwinnel and Zall. There are a couple others I haven't seen yet. But I really like this office!

I used to see Dr. Walker there, but she moved (not sure where, I haven't called the office, I'm sure they would know) she was super nice and definitely always aired on the side of caution. She was fantastic.

I DON'T recommend Dr. Zall, mentioned below. I had a horrible experience with her during the birth of my child. She was on call when I had my baby and I am traumatized from the experience (and still have on-going issues).
