I was really dragging one year after I had my son and my doctor told me to take B6. It seemed to really help. I now I have a 6 year old boy and a 1 year old girl and I am not dragging nearly like I was back then. It just seemed to kick start my energy.

Shaklee vitamins and protein were the ONLY products that helped me have the energy I needed to function these past few years. In a nutshell, I worked 2-3 jobs at the same time, cared for a VERY sick husband who had been hurt in the military, (it took 2 1/2 years to get his disability pay) homeschooled 2 high schoolers (so they could help take care of daddy when I was at work and home health care was not at the house), and everything else involved in running a household. If I was lucky I got 4 hours of sleep a night. I survived with a spring in my step and a smile on my face, how - lots of prayer and the Shaklee Vitalizer Wellness Pack EVERY day. And my husband lives despite the doctors telling us 7 times that "he will not survive the night". Thank you, Jesus!

Definitely get your thyroid checked. I had to go on synthroid after having my children. Also, I would recommend taking Juice Plus--17 fruits, veggies, and grains concentrated into a capsule. My whole family has been taking it for over a year now. I don't have enough space on here to tell you the impact Juice Plus makes on your overall health and wellness, but I will tell you that as a nutritionist, wife, and mom...my family and I won't go a day without it. Check out the research, it proves itself. www.juiceplus.com and if you need more information, feel free to contact me.

Good Luck!

80% of all health issues are directly related to stress, according to the American Medical Association. In case you haven't heard of adaptogens, they are a category of herbs that help reduce the negative effects of stress on the body, restore balance, and support normal metabolic processes. (A lot has been discussed recently about adaptogens, even Oz on Oprah). Adaptogens help increase the body's resistance to physical, biological, emotional, and environmental stressors and promote normal physiologic function. Your commute alone is very stressful, not to mention you are a busy mom!

To learn more about fast acting adaptogen sprays and watch "The Story of Adaptogens Documentary" 10 minute video, go to www.TunguskaMistNow.com You can click on each spray and then click on the core adaptogens and key natural ingredients to learn how they will help balance your body, get rid of stress, help increase energy and mental clarity, and provide a deeper, more restful sleep.

Any kind of vitamin, etc. in a pill or tablet form gets absorbed only 10-15% by the time it breaks down in the body. The best delivery method for any supplements is an intra-oral spray (over 90% is absorbed immediately into the bloodstream).

A great book that I recommend is titled Adaptogens: Herbs for Strength, Stamina, and Stress Relief by Winston and Maimes.

This describes me a few months ago. I found out I was allergic to wheat and dairy and when I cut them from my diet (along with caffeine!) I lost weight like crazy and have soooo much more energy. You might investigate that arena. I went to Rhonda McKinney, nutritionist (healthysolutionstoday.com). Good luck. Find the source of your problem, not just the topical solution.

Nothing like being tired! If you haven't had blood work done lately, it may be a good idea. I know my thyroid functions were off at one point and that was hard on me. I also started drinking MonaVie juice! I needed some natural energy and I'm afraid of Red Bull, Monster, etc. b/c of the sugar content, but MonaVie has been a huge blessing to our entire family health wise and energy wise. If you'd like more info on it, visit here and shoot me an email:

With 3 children, a husband and work, no wonder you are tired. You should be. Does your husband do his part as far as work around the house, making dinner some nights and helping out with the kids? If he does, then maybe you just need some exercise to give you more energy and you may have to find a partner or just make yourself do it until you get into a routine. I know I start to feel sluggish if I don't get out of the house and walk 4 or more days a week. Can your husband watch the kids for an hour a couple of evenings a week, so you can get some exercise and time alone? Can you exercise on weekends? It's only 2 days, but better than nothing and you would probably start off the week feeling better. Good luck!!

I have found a great vitamin source if you would be interested. The only thing I have found about it is that I must take these vitamins daily. I am a bit of person who does not like to take pills of any kind, so this is a challenge for me. Please email me if you would like to know what I am doing to get more energy and less sluggishness!

Have you had a physical with your Primary Care Dr lately? I was really tired last year and went in for a physical and my Dr. took bloodwork and they discovered I am Hypoglycemic, meaning I have low blood sugar. I've read it is pre-diabetes. I've had to change my diet dramatically and eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 main meals a day. I've seen a dietician and she has helped a lot. I can't eat much sugar now, I have to really watch what I eat and measure my food out. I've read there is a lot of people that have Hypoglycemia that don't know it.

That was my first sign, being tired all the time. I used to drink lots of pepsi and caffeine, now I can't drink much of that anymore. Have you tried cutting back on caffeine?

I would highly recommend going to your Dr. and seeing if your bloodwork comes back with anything. If it doesn't, I would check your diet/caffeine consumption and try altering what you eat and drink. You could go to a Dietician and get some assistance there. Try writing down what you eat and drink and see how you feel after eat and drink something and write down anything significant on how you feel.

I take a Women's Multivitamin. You might check with your Dr. and see if the Pre-Natal Vitamins are still okay for you to take.

Hope this helps! Good Luck
