If you are not looking to do it yourself, I would go to Costco. They have great trays...already done therefore saving you TIME!!

If you do it yourself, I have a couple of things I do for guests. I can email the recipes if you are interested.

Golden Mushroom Puffs.....Easy dish with cream cheese, crescent rolls and pretty!

Bacon wrapped water chestnuts

Artichoke dip

Seafood ball....cream cheese, can crab meat, seasonings and cocktail sauce

stuffed mushrooms

tomato/mozzeralla/basil with italian dressing

bruschetta

Enjoy..... Im in the midst of planning menu for a party myself. However, mine is for a load of 14-15 yr olds so it will not be a difficult since they eat anything, LOL!!

Another idea is a block of cream cheese covered with a bottle of Raspberry Chipotle sauce.

I like to make a little thing I call Ham Things. All you do is mix together cream cheese and diced up jalepenos. It mixes easier if the cream cheese is room temp. Then you put the mixture in ham (I use Oscar Mayer cooked/boiled ham), roll it up and slice it. I use a pizza cutter to slice it. It's really good!

This may sound really traditional but wine with cheese, crackers, and fruit (particularly grapes & strawberries) all complement each other very well.

Go to Sam's...get a bag of dried apricots and jar of jalapenos, bacon, and a box of toothpicks.....get the apricot put the jalapenos next to it and wrap it with the bacon and put bind it with the toothpick...put it in the oven on 375 until the bacon is done, oh I half the bacon slices first...enjoy. Good Luck!
