Need Ideas for Wording on Sweet Sixteen Keychain Gift

I am giving an engraved keychain for a Sweet Sixteen present. I will have her monogram on one side but would like to put a meaningful phrase on the other side. I was thinking of something about making good decisions, standing for what you believe, etc. - something that she could think of each time before she starts her car. Maybe a phrase that could give her strength in a time of peer pressure (drinking, etc) Lastly, I am obviously limited on how much room I have on the keychain. I would appreciate your ideas.

What can I do next?

I would put "peace begins with me." It's my mother-in-law's favorite saying and so very true.

If space is limited you could simply use the last line "You can steer yourself any direction you choose".
Love the keychain idea BTW.

I like Denises suggestion "You were born an original, dont die a copy." It conveys the message of not succombing to peer pressure :)

I've always like the saying:

Yesterday is History
Tomorrow is a Mystery
Today is a Gift, that's why
its called the Present!

Maybe just using the last line?

I also would recommend checking out the Dr. Suess book called "Oh the Places you'll go". There are tons of good lines in that book too that would be relevant to this point and future ones in her life.
