Need Good Stain Remover

I've received a huge amount of baby clothes from my sister-in-law, and most of them are gorgeous. However, there are definitely some stains--what's the best product for getting old baby stains out of clothes? I've had good luck with Shout Advanced for other stains, but haven't yet tried it on these. What's your favorite? These are both milk and poo stains. Thank you!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

Thanks everyone--I did some online searching while I was waiting for replies and found Totally Toddler Stain Remover. Moms online LOVED it, and I found it at Babies R Us. We used it, and nearly every stain came out! Only the few mildew spots on some outfits remained--all the spit-up, poop, and other old set-in stains were pretty much gone. Great stuff, and it smells good, too.

I like OxyClean. You can add it to your detergent or for stubborn stains, follow the instructions to let them soak and then wash.

Good luck!

just put the stain remover on them and wash them again. If they were stored for a few years those stains just seem to show up again when you thought they were gone. I always put stain remover on the stains right away and usually did not see any stains after they were washed but then I stored the clothes away for 3 years until the next baby was born and when I took them all out they all had the stains back so I just rewashed them and most of the stains didn't show up again until they were stored away again.

I use OxiClean too, but I just tried this stain remover by Clorox that has OxiClean in it and it was AMAZING! It removed the blueberry smoothie stain before I even washed it. I just sprayed the shirt and let it sit and it was gone in a couple hours, I found that out by total accident!

If you soak it overnight or longer in Oxyclean in the washing machine, it should come out. I've had great luck with that for milk and poop stains.
