If you have a Sprouts market near you, they have a great gluten free section. Central Market and Whole Foods carry as well. Also check the frozen food section in these markets for allergy friendly foods.
Good luck!
I need advice for meals that I can feed my daughter who is allergic to nuts, dairy and tomatoes. Usually we try to make foods she can eat with the family but I'm running out of ideas! Plus she is a growing baby so items she likes last week she doesnt like this week. I keep introducing new and old foods, but any ideas would be great! thanks!!

I prepare my dairy & nut allergic daughter the same things we eat. When a recipe calls for milk I substitute rice milk. Butter/margarine = Earth Balance or Fleishmann's UNSALTED margarine (salted contains milk). For seasoned breadcrumbs I dry her dairy free bread and then pulvarize in a food processor. I keep them in the freezer and when I need them I measure them out and then add Mrs. Dash Italian Seasoning. Most entrees do not contain nuts. If they do I omit them.
You're in this for the long haul so instead of making two meals you're better off just adapting what everyone is eating so that you're only cooking one meal.
If I can provide any additional help, please PM me. I'd be happy to help.
I was introduced to a GREAT food allergy cookbook from a friend whose son was allergic to tree nuts, peanuts, eggs and dairy. It is called What's To Eat? The Milk-Free, Egg-Free, Nut Free Food Allergy Cookbook. It is by Linda Marienhoff Coss. Not sure if it is still in publication, but I have made a few things and my friend swore by it!
You could also check out FAAN on line.
Hope it helps!
You could try her on Texas Daily Harvest drinkable yogurt and see how she reacts. My son has similar allergies but can handle cultured dairy products that have gone through low temperature pasteurization and raw cheese and can handle almonds. It may be worth trying.
