Yes, I would definitely see a fertility specialist. But this sounds like there is more going on. I myself suffer from celiac disease, which also caused infertility in me before (I have a three year old son now) as one of the "symptoms", and I'm not saying, that you might be, too. But what I'm saying is, that there are mysterious diseases out there, that also could cause this. With celiac disease you do NOT have to have a single symptom, but you could still have this. And in a lot of patience it will cause a malnurishment, so that their bodies don't work the way they are supposed to work. You should check into that. For celiac you will need a gastro specialist. Oh, and don't let them blow you off and tell you, you can't have this for one or the other reason. That's what my doctor tried to tell me repeatedly. I finally just basically told him to do the tests... or else. And I had it, so much for doctor's being clever. About two years after living on the glutenfree diet and my body totally recovering from it's deficits, I finally conceived my son Lukas.
Good luck, Steph!
