Hello everyone,
I am looking for a wonderful denist who is very kind and considerate to my needs. I hate going to the denist and have anxiety about for about a week before I even go. The denist that I've seen have just been "doing their job". I need someone with a very gental hand. Please help. My 3 wonderful children have an awesome denist now I need one for me in the El Mirage Surprise area.

What can I do next?

My best friend worked for this dentist for five years before she moved out of state. I saw him a few times and he was WONDERFUL!!! It's two brothers that own the business, Rolfe Dentistry, and it's at 167th ave and Bell rd. Here's the link to there website...

We love Arrowhead Desert Dental - they are conservative and caring. Their website is http://www.arrowheaddesertdental.com/index.html
They are well worth the drive - my mom even flies in from Las Vegas to see them!

I am right there with you in needing to love my dentist. So I drive 45 minutes to mine. He's wonderful and if you can afford the gas than I would say go for it. His name is Dr. Kevin Cook and he is off of Gilbert Rd and Brown in Mesa, AZ. I have gone to him for 10years. I never wait and my visit for a cleaning is around 35 minutes. I have had my wisdom teeth pulled by him and he saw that I was cold during the procedure and gave me a blanket. He really cares about not putting you in any pain at all. Even when I go in for a cavity and he sticks me with the anesthetic I don't feel that pain. He is wonderful and is quite friendly and professional.

I just want to warn you to avoid Western Dental. Their customer service is horrible and they charge you for x-rays that are no good when you need other work somewhere else. I have talked to several other people who have had bad experiences there as well. They make you wait 2 hours just to get in-and that is with a appointment. I started going to Smile for Life with Dr. Craig Smith on 35th Ave. I really like it. I never have to wait and they tell you all the costs up front. Plus I had a root canal there and wisdom teeth removed, I am scared of the dentist but it went great!

I live in Peoria, but my Dentist is in Scottsdale. She is awesome and I travel an hour just to see her. I hate going to the dentist too, and I have high anxiety about them as well. She has made each and every visit enjoyable and her staff is great too! She is a sweetheart! I don't have high anxiety about going any more. She is gentle. My first visit with her, I told her what I feared, and asked her to be gentle and she has ever since. I've been going to her now for four years.
Here is her info in case you're interested:
