Hi ladies, My endocrinologist has referred me to see a Rheum. doctor in regards to various autoimmune issues going on with me. She did give me a couple of names. They are Dr. Winchell and Dr. Winston. Was wondering if anyone has used either or have any other dr. suggestions. Thank you in advance.

What can I do next?

Hi B.,

I actually work at Brigham and Women's in the RHeum dept, and the docs here are great. We have satellite locations in Foxboro and Chestnut HIll if you don't want to travel into Boston.

Anyway, if I can help, let me know. If not, best wishes in your search and hope you are feeling better soon!

Hi, B..

I live in the Lexington/Concord area and see a rheumatologist, but I drive into Boston and see Dr. Kane-Wanger at Beth Israel. I've been going there for six years and think highly of the entire rheumatology department there. I'm not sure if that's helpful to you, but I hope everything works out for you.

Dr. Gary Wolf in Worcester is great - it's a little further out and beyond MetroWest, but he's an option.
