NOt sure how far this would be for you.
We go to Young Smiles- Dr, Kevin Jackson in POwder Springs. THEY ARE WONDERFUL!
You can go back with your child, they will answer any and all questions you have. They are Family friendly. We have been going there for about 2 years.

I am not sure of any ped. dentists in that area. What I can tell you is that most of them won't let you go back with the child. I was nervous about that at first too, but it works out well!! My kids all go back by themselves now and they LOVE IT!!

Cherokee Childrens Dentistry in Canton is great!! Dr Miles is so attentive and goes to lengths to make both the parent and the child comfortable. I had gone to Childrens Dentistry of Woodstock and that place is a nightmare! I brought my 2 1/2 yr old to Dr Miles because she was complaining that her teeth hurt and he thoroughly checked her out and she was so at ease he was able to do her first cleaning too. Me and my 6 year old son were able to go back with her too. They have tvs mounted over the tables so they can watch something fun to keep their minds off what the dentist is doing. They even have "sedation rooms" for the children that are just way too scared. I have never had such a nice experience at a dentist office.
