Need a Native Spanish Speaker, Please! :)

Having a garage sale tomorrow and need a little help translating my sign. I do okay with my conversational Spanish, but I'd rather it'd be grammatically correct.

"Garage Sale - Lots of girls clothes, like new, sizes 18 months - 4T, sizes 5-7. Books, movies, toys, household, and much more. All like new, priced to sell."

I would say "Muchas ropas por ninas, nuevo, talla 18 mesa 4T, talla 5-7. Libros, videos, jugetes, y muchas mas. Todo nuevo." But I know this isn't all correct...and the clothes and other things aren't new, they are "like" new. :) Please help!!

Thanks in advance!

So What Happened?

My hispanic friends laugh at the translations I get online :) context is often wrong, grammar, etc. :) Really hoping someone speaks Spanish and can help me quick...but thanks for the link. If nothing else, I'll use it. :)

Garage sale - Mucha ropa de niña (como nueva) talles 18 meses a 4T y talles 5 a 7. Libros, peliculas, juguetes, articulos para el hogar y mucho mas! Todo en excelente estado y a buen precio.

That should do it.

Happy selling!

Write your blurb and it will translate it for you.

EDIT: I'm not trying to sound like a smarty pants, but if they're available, could you ask them? They would probably be the best source since you know and trust them. That's what I would do.

You can use the phrase casi nuevo to signify like new or almost new.

I read "Love my Kids" answer and I agree with the translation wholeheartedly. I'd just put an accent mark on the "a" in the word "mas" and change "garage" to "garaje".
