I was going to suggest Siciliano's Taste of Italy in Garland too. The food and service are excellent! They are on Buckingham just east of Shiloh.
We're needing a meeting space (indoor or outdoors) for about 25 people. We would like to have it central to where we all live, so the Plano/Richardson/Garland area would be great. Any restaurants that have meeting rooms or parks that have pavilions would be fine. Any suggestions? We'd like to have our meeting on April 24th.

The Kroger store at Parker and the Tollway has a community meeting room. You might check with a store that is closer to you to see if they also have one. Also, many public libraries have rooms that are available.
Good luck!

I was going to suggest Breckinridge Park (off Renner) or Crowley Park (off Lookout). Both have pavillions you can reserve... I think at Huffhines Rec Center in Richardson (off Plano Rd). You might call them and ask.
I notice groups eat in a separate room at Golden Corral. There is one at Campbell and Plano Road. Breckenridge Park in NW Richardson has a Pavilion that can be reserved and it is very close to Garland. Good luck!
I think there is a park called Bear Creek Park (though I think its near Keller)...
Also you could check out some community centers - when we lived in MO we 'rented' a room at a community center for 2 hours for my baby shower. It was in central location for all of our friends and family and it was cheap...
Dont really know of specific places because we are pretty new to TX...but im sure you will get lots of great tips on here!!

Casa Milagro, 1403 E Campbell Rd in Richardson, has a large room.
Don't know if these are as close in as you would like, but Avalon Park at Lake Lavon has a very nice pavillon. Also, there is an Italian restaurant with a large room at the Stacy's furniture store at McDermott and Hwy 75 in Allen.
Hope this helps,

Try Maggiano's by Northpark Mall. We had a retirement party there and got the room with the balcony. Very reasonably priced and great to work with
I don't have specific suggestion for you in that area, but you might check your libraries or recreation centers. I know most in my area have community rooms you can reserve for no or a nominal fee. Also some la Madeliene restraurants have meetings rooms as do Spring Creek BBQ. Good luck.
h The Butterfly House in Fair Park has a meeting space and it is beautiful. I have no idea prices and you didn't mention if you want the space to be free or if you have a budget. In downtown Mckinney (sorry if that is too far away I am not famaliar with all these Dallas suburbs) there is a FABULOUS family owned tapas restaurant with a huge outdoor area.

Siciliano's - A Taste of Italy restaurant on Buckingham/Shiloh has a separate room that you could use for a meeting -- and delicious food!

Outback Steakhouse at 15th/Central in Plano has a large enclosed patio which may be reserved. It is a separate room from the restaurant and has a nice view overlooking the creek. They have great steaks and salmon. Opened only evenings on weekdays.
