Do any of you know a halfway point between Henderson, NV and Gilbert, AZ? My friend and I want to meet halfway. Thanks!
Yes, I did Google it (and mapquested it). I did that first, before submitting this post. I posted this question b/c I was wondering if anyone is familiar with our areas and knew of a halfway point that I might not have been able to figure out on my own. I did find a town called Williams, AZ, which is almost the same driving distance (3 hrs., 16 minutes for me and 3 hrs., 6 minutes for her), so we will probably go with Williams, unless anyone else can suggest something else.
Wikieup. The actual middle is between there and Kingman. My mom and I take turns meeting in both those places. There is a Petro on the 40 right before the turn off or a resteraunt in Wikieup that has pretty good food.

we have used this site before when meeting up with family.
We go to Laughlin/Vegas so we take this route a lot. There really isn't anything but Williams and Wikieup between Henderson and Gilbert. So I would shoot for Williams because its bigger...barely. Lol! Good luck!
I would probably plan to meet in Kingman one trip and Wickenburg the next. If you meet up in Williams, you're both driving longer than needed since you have to go all the way west on 40. I've driven through Williams a million times and it's a fine small town. You can meet up in McDonalds or the local diner (I forget the name) but that's about it. Kingman and Wickenburg are both bigger and have more opportunities.
Go on mapquest or google maps and plot the drive to her house. Then look at the map and find a location between your homes. Then google the point or points and see what activities are there. Pick a place that has what you are looking for.
I googled and it shows no little towns. Maybe someone from the area can post.
well kingman is closure to one of you and wickenburg is closure to the other one. not much but road in the middle of that.
