Looks like you have some good advise so I'm just going to throw one more person in tbe mix - Gary Mueller. He is in Joliet and, ironically, he was our seller's attorney when we bought a home a few years ago - I liked him soooo much more than our attorney. Called him up last year because we needed real estate guidance. Sorry...no number...just look him up on the internet. Credentials are good!
