Does anyone know a really competent, reliable real estate agent who handles leasing homes? We have been unable to sell our beautiful 5-bedroom, 3,800 sq. ft. house in Corinth and are considering leasing it. We want to make sure we pick someone who knows what they're doing with this type of home.
I asked my real estate and agent and here is what he said
The Denton area has a Keller Williams office with a top notch real estate team called "The McCissick Group". They most likely have leasing specialists. I apologize, however I don't have their number handy. They should have big ads in the yellow pages in Corinth.

I am a buyer's agent only in the Denton/Argyle area, and I do not handle leases or listings. Try Scott Brown in Denton, and also Team Tiller with Keller Williams. To be honest with you,a home that large will be difficult, but not impossible to rent. The market is soft right now, so if you need to sell you will need to price it accordingly. That may eat up all equity if you have any, but you would be out from under the house. Also, if you are facing foreclosure, a short sell might work. A listing agent will negotiate with the bank on your behalf. It's not as bad as foreclosure...more like a bruise on your credit. If you need any help finding another home or more information..
