Need a Good Reliable Tiler

I've just had to replace the shower pan in my upstairs bath after it leaked into the downstairs, causing a lot of problems. The plumber replaced the shower pan, but he doesn't do tiling. He said I need to be sure to get a tiler who will not drop tiles, nails, etc. on the new rubber pans, because if the tiler is not careful I may have the same problem all over again. Does anyone know someone good and reliable to do this job. I'm close to the Plano, Carrollton and The Colony.

I have a great tile person. His name is Wesley Mamone and he has been in business for over 15 years with his step-Dad Ronnie. They are Evans Tile and Wesley's number is ###-###-####. They do great work and the best thing is they are honest so you can leave your house and run errands while they work. My number is ###-###-#### if you need a reference
Thanks

I have used Jack Warren of Warren Tile in Azel for a few jobs and he is great! I'm sure you can find his number in the yellow pages, but if not, let me know and I'll find his card. He's a great Christain man, showed up on time, worked a full day, and had reasonable prices.

Any ole tiler will not do for a shower pan/custom mortared shower bottom. It is critical you use a highly experienced shower installation expert, usually one that can handle the project from tear-out to completion. We are shower/bathtub remodeling specialist. We continually are repairing showers due to extreme in-experience. Usually low price indicates the quality, you get what you pay for in this type of project. Happy to consult or repair your needs. Dear J. W,

Go to my web site, www.debdunn.com. Click on the link in the lower left corner, "Home Services". Then click on "Coldwell Banker Concierge". Next click "See our entire list of Concierge Services Vendors". From there, you will be able to do a search. You do NOT have to work with me or any other Coldwell Banker agent (or any agent, for that matter) in order to use the service. The service is free.

Good luck with the tile work, and don't hesitate to contact me any time you or any of your friends need the services of a great Realtor!

I have used Rudy Riddle for many tile jobs; his number is ###-###-####. He has actually installed new showers in houses that are being remodeled, etc. By the way, you should, if you have not already done so, check with your homeowner's insurance to see if they will cover the cost of the damage - they will not pay to replace the shower pan, but may pay to replace the carpets, the tile that was ruined by the leak, painting, etc. Been there, done that, got several t-shirts...
