We are huge DUKE Blue Devils.
We lived in NC for a few years, enjoyed all the ACC teams but hubby went to DUKE and got his MBA there so we are DUKE all the way.
Who are your favorite remaining NCAA teams? Yeah, Moms like basketball too!

Purdue Boilermakers! I live really close to campus and always have. I bleed black and gold. even if they can be hit and miss and i haven't watched more than half a game all season. i'm rooting for Purdue to win, lol
I am not a HUGE sports fan, but have to admit March Madness is fun b/c it's so unpredictable. Always wanting the underdog to win. This year- it's Purdue I've chosen to go all the way...
No favorite teams, just a slight obsession with the tournament in general. Hubby and I take the first Thursday/Friday off work to watch games, and I even scheduled the birth of our second kiddo (medically necessary c-section) for Monday the 21st, so as to interfere with basketball as little as possible. So perhaps "slight" obsession was a bit of an understatement :).
Anyway, I love a good upset, way to go Butler!!!
PURDUE BOILERMAKERS ALL THE WAY!!!!
PS: Closet Butler fan too . . . (shhhh).
Rock Chalk Jayhawk !!!!
Being from Kansas I would have to pick KU and KSU....I am a Kansas State Wildcat at heart...but I have a feeling that the Kansas Jayhawks will go further. But I enjoy all college basketball and my husband is a HUGE fan so March is definitely basketball mania at our house!!!
Kansas Jayhawk fan. But I enjoy watching GOOD games. And that's what's fun about all the college BBall of March, it is GOOD basketball.
*On another note, well kinda. My birthday is next week so yes, towards the end of March Madness and really at the height of the craziness. The short version of the long story is in 2003 my mom was going through cancer treatment and I had to put one of my dogs to sleep. So for my birthday my DH made arrangements for the kids to spend the night with my in laws. Took me to my favorite restaurant. We walked around our outdoor shopping area of the city and he let me pick out anything (within reason) from a jewelry store. Which of course got him put up for husband of the year. BUT, I also wanted to see some artsy-fartsy chick flick. We were listening to basketball all the way to the movie theater. By the time we pulled into the parking lot, the KU Jayhawks had lost a huge lead going into the 1/2 time of a game. I told him I had a great evening and lets go home so he could watch the last of the game. Nope, he said it was my birthday and I wanted to see this movie. He turned off the car and walked into that movie without knowing what happened the rest of the game. That's when most big sports fans want to put him up for husband of the decade! ;)
Michigan State is out, so I don't really care so much...if Michigan goes all the way, I'll be happy for my brother (yes, I went to one and he went to the other!).
DUKE and alabama (ROLL TIDE) will always be my teams no matter how they do
I bleed purple, KSU Wildcats all the way. But I'll root for Duke for one of my coworkers, she went there and is even more passionate about her team than I am of mine. :-)
I'm a bandwagon Illinois fan, but unless they pull a Cinderella post-season I don't think I'll see much of them past tomorrow.
Otherwise, C-A-T-S CATS CATS CATS - Go Kentucky!
I hate march maddness. sorry, I wish i could tv sleep through march. I dislike most college sports though. Dont think I am a sport hater....Dedicated SEAHAWK fan. football is my sport of choice. give me some pig skin and a bowl a chips, we got a party!

I always loathe March because March Madness preempts my TV shows :-)
