Ladies -
Do you know of any "natural" food coloring. Stuff that I can substitute for my McCormicks when I'm coloring frosting and icing, or cake? Bright colors would be ideal.
TIA

the rainbow pancakes and cakes are very popular at the moment looks like the new twist on them is getting natural food dies to tent them. search rainbow cakes natural dies.
Just did a google search and several items came up. Try that!
use juice as the liquid when making frosting or cinniman or orange, lemon
I use the India Tree brand colors you can get at Whole Foods or other natural food markets. Just know that when you are using vegetable/fruit based colors you run the risk of having your frosting or cake tast like that particular veggie/fruit (think beets, great at making purple, but too much and you'll have beet tasting frosting).
