N.P.
Care.com is the BEST.
Good luck!
I am a Professional Nanny that is back in the market...still working but unhappy in my family. I am looking for advice on the various websites that other moms have used to look for Nannies. I have been out of the market for over 3 years, so I know a lot has changed, still in the process of updating my own website. Thank you!
Care.com is the BEST.
Good luck!
The only one I know of is sittercity.com Good luck!
I've found a nice sitter on NPN npnparents.org
You'd be surprised how many families find nannies on Craigslist. (we did) In addition to wherever else you post your info, include Craigslist!
Have you tried seekingsitters.com? I have never used them, but a friend recommended them to me.
When I was a nanny a few years ago I used lakeshorenannies.com. They were great. Good luck!
I have used care.com and sittercity.com with great luck.
I now serve in a parent team for a new online upcoming company, called CareNovate.com.
CareNovate.com is like a one stop shop for tutoring, child care, pet care, home care, senior care and more.
I like it because they have a diverse parent team (includes social workers, direct care workers, retired nurses, dads, teachers, professional nannies, etc) that will approve all applicants and most care givers will have background check services (i think they use Acxiom and/or Lexis Nexis -they do pre-employment screening, a ss# verification, county criminal records search based on previous addresses, a national sex offender search and a driving history via the site.) They will be offering the most cost effective service, in other words cheaper than the rest while maintaining quality
The site will be launching later this year and i think it will be awesome
