It's hard to know. "Headaches" could be a million things. Seeing colors can be a sign of migraine headaches.
If it's really bad over the weekend, take him into an urgent care/ambulatory care center, which is better than an ER for a non-emergency situation for everyone, but especially for those with autism where the extra stimuli can add to the stress.
Otherwise, wait until Monday and call the child's regular doctor.
I hope you will get off the internet and call his doctor's 24 hour nurse line if you are concerned.
with the flu going around? I'd take him to the doctor and have him checked out and tested.

Doctor. Could be migraines, as an "aura" is a common migraine symptom. Autism isn't related to migraines.
