Another thing you can do is add veggies to your spaghetti sauce, meat loaf, bread recipes, etc. We have a juicer and add the carrot pulp to all kinds of things and they never know. :)

T., I really feel for you! I have a 3 yr old, and I can't hardly get him to eat at all. I have resulted to giving him V8 Splash (watered down). If you find the answer, please share it with me:).

Try the cook book "Deceptively Delicious" by Jessica Seinfeldt. Designed for children, it includes pureed vegetables in brownies, etc. that can't be detected. Also,
I've been a childcare provider almost 20 years, and the best
thing I use is "The Rainbow Plate". You call the vegetables by their color and have the child HELP HIMSELF and fill his
plate with yellow (corn), green (grn. beans, broc., peas), orange (carrots), etc. I've had a child that gagged on a small piece of carrot to put 2 heaping tablespoons of orange
(carrots) in his plate and eat every last carrot. The concept
is that the CHILD decides what colors he wants to make his
rainbow, so he eats it because HE made the decision. If I hadn't seen it with my own eyes working time after time, I wouldn't believe it.

Good luck,
P.

try shedding carrots into tomato sauces. My husband doesn't eat alot of veg but if I make broccoli and cover it with cheese he'll eat it. same with squash If I make a cassole with it he'll it. My mom use to give us celery with peanut butter on top. same thing with apples.

Good luck.
